Eagle Pointe is a 55+ active adult community of 30 condo units.  All units are 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms with an Open Concept Living/Dining/Kitchen area.  Each condo has a spacious lanai that faces the courtyard and pool pavilion.  There is ample storage, closet space and laundry room in each unit.
